Q: How do I book a session? A: Contact us through email or text (760-267-3723) and we'll set up a time for a phone consultation. We will select a date open and a time and answer any questions you might have. After paying the sitting fee, we'll send you an agreement to sign through email.
Q: Is it possible to order a large print or canvas? A: Yes! After your shoot, you will have a sit down with your photographer, picking your favorites. You can decide at that time or when your photos are delivered if you'd like a large print or canvas made. Your photographer can give you a price sheet of any extras you may want to order and what's available
Q: Do you take pictures of pets? A: Yes! We are a pet-friendly business and believe pets are a member of your family! We have had experience with everything from the average to the not-so-average. Just let us know so we can bring treats and toys to capture their attention!
Q: Is there a limit on the number of people you photograph? A: This depends on the type of shoot you are booking and what event is being photographed. Ask about our joint senior sessions!
Q: Do you edit acne or scars from photos? A: We believe something as little as acne shouldn't get in the way of a great portrait. All of our photos have basic editing that may adjust lighting, acne spots, or teeth whitening. However, some people have lived with a mark or scar all their life and feel as if it's truly a part of them. We will not remove things like scars or freckles or beauty marks unless specifically asked.
Q: What are your forms of payment? A: We take all major credit cards and online payments such as PayPal and Square. We also use the app called Cash. You may also pay in cash or check, however you may not receive your photos until the check goes through.
Q: When are payments due? A: The sitting fee is due at time of booking to hold your date. The remainder of the package cost is due before the shoot begins and you will get an electronic receipt to show payment has been made.
